Currently, we support return policy only on damaged goods. This needs to be informed to us within 24 hrs of receipt of the item. In case you have any issue with the product received, the same must be informed to us through within 24 hrs of order receipt.
All our products pass through stringent quality checks before dispatch to ensure positive experience to all our customers.
Product colours and reference pictures may vary slightly due to photographic lighting, screen settings or variation in thread color motif and border patti. In case of handmade apparels & Lucknowi’s, motifs/colours may vary from size to size and there could be presence of light thread pull, small stitch issues or design change in weaving as each piece is handmade.
Garments to be dry-cleaned for the first wash and gentle wash thereon. If any gold print, it’s advisable to reverse wash. Kindly note that ‘size change request’ and ‘Item not liked’ cases will NOT be considered. Also, sale and discount section articles are not covered for replace and refund requests.
Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.
If any or all products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
Steps to raise return request:
- Notify our team on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hrs of product delivery
- Our Customer Support (CS) team will connect with you and understand the issue.
- On return approval, your packet will be collected. Please keep the product ready with tags and packing intact.
- Team will place the label by themselves.
- Your exchange/refund will be initiated once the product is received at our warehouse.
As the return package is received at our address, refund will be initiated within 48 working hours basis the return policy. Refunds will be made in form of Gift Voucher that can be used on our site to make payments towards further purchases.
PARTIAL FULFILLMENT SCENARIO
We strive to provide the best experience to all our customers and are always dedicated to achieve the same. In any unfortunate case, wherein we are unable to fulfill the complete order; the amount towards pending articles will be refunded. Refunds will be initiated as mentioned in Refund Process above. Available articles will be fulfilled and shipped.
A refund request can be made by sending an email to email@example.com.Given the varied options/factors for services, a decision to provide a refund will be made on a case-by-case basis depending on the reason for requesting refund and the time the refund request is made. The decision will be communicated within 48-72 hours. If deemed genuine, the refund will be processed within 48 working hours. Refunds will be made in form of Gift Voucher that can be used on our site to make payments towards further purchases. Refunds will deduct any processing fees/charges from the bank, payment gateway, etc. and any expenses incurred for the service before the refund date.
This policy is for the benefit of our buyers and support them in their business. Acceptance of return requests is at the discretion of management. If the buyer is found to misuse the policy, we reserve the right to reject return request and discontinue services and/or block account of such users, who are found to be misusing or exploiting these policies or making fraudulent requests; without prior notice. In case of more than 5% returns for any customer; the account will be deactivated.
